Upper Trunk Lid Organizer for 2018-2020 Gold Wing Tour
ITEM CODE: WS1800-18-UTO,   SKU: WS1800-18-UTO

12.21.2018
I previously reviewed this item, and I mentioned that one of the connecting tabs broke while I screwed it into the top of the trunk. The rest of the product is very good and functional, but I wanted to make any future purchaser aware to be careful when attaching the connecting tabs. Wingstuff reached out to me within 1 day of my review, and instead of offering me a replacement part (the broken connecting tab), they offered to ship a brand new replacement of the entire item (organizer, tabs, hardware, etc) at no charge. Several days later, I received the replacement item, and I installed the replacement connecting tab, and now the organizer functions perfectly. Big thank you to WingStuff; You did the right thing, and this is why I've been a customer for the past 4 years. You have earned my future business, and I just wanted to share this great customer service story with other potential customers. This is a great company, and they stand behind their products. Once again, thank you for a great customer experience, I would give you 6 Stars if available.

Upper Trunk Lid Organizer for 2018-2020 Gold Wing Tour
ITEM CODE: WS1800-18-UTO,   SKU: WS1800-18-UTO

The organizer fits well under the top of the rear trunk, and it does not obstruct the interior trunk light (if you installed that option ).
However, the connecting tabs are Very fragile.... Made of cheap plastic-like material. When I screwed one of them into the top of the trunk, the screw head penetrated the tab and fractured it, rendering it useless. I sent an email to Wingstuff asking for an additional replacement tab. Be careful when you screw the tabs into the top of the trunk, you can easily break them. This is supposed to be a strong connector system, but I am not impressed with the quality of the tabs. The organizer itself is good, and the compartments are a good size to store tire pressure gauges, other small items, etc. They should make the tabs out of an aluminum product, or some other light metallic component.

Passenger Armrests w/ Drink Holder Port for 2018-2020 Gold Wing
ITEM CODE: CI25000,   SKU: CI25000

Several days after I posted my review of this product, I received an email from the manufacturer. The email confirmed the issue that I previously wrote about, and they offered a solution that turned out to work very well.
The manufacturer suggested that I put several rubber O-Rings onto the shaft of the adapter for the cupholder to create some friction. I wanted to give you an update on the O-ring "solution" that they provided for me. I went to Home Depot, and since I wasn't sure which size O-ring to purchase, I purchased 3 different sizes. The one that worked perfectly was Size #9. The manufacturer is DANCO. The Part number is 96726. It is a #9 O-Ring, and the dimensions are 5/8"O.D. x 7/16" I.D. x 3/32" The SKU # for the product (UPC Bar Code Number) is 3715596726 I put 5 of the O-Rings on the indented part of the shaft of the adapter that goes into the armrest. It fit inside perfectly, and none of the O-rings are visible with the adapter installed. It provides more than sufficient friction to prevent the Regular size cup (that is the one I have) from spinning upside down anymore. It also allows me to turn it as I open the trunk (I just have to remember to do that every time). I told the manufacturer that they should INCLUDE those O-Rings with the product for future customers, along with instructions on how to use them. I hope this helps any potential purchaser of this product. The O-rings made it fully functional for me.

Aero Flip-Out Highway Pegs for 2018 Honda Gold Wing
ITEM CODE: RIGW003,   SKU: RIGW003

10.11.2018
First off, I am very puzzled by the other review on this product, because the writer said that he didn't even INSTALL them, but that they "looked" too bulky, and "covered the Honda sign". Who cares about covering ONE of the Honda signs (there are several of them on the bike, and it is clearly a HONDA bike anyway !! ). Well, I DID install them, and I have used them for more than 2 months now, they are an absolutely fantastic solution for highway pegs on this bike. They are NOT bulky at all, and they blend in perfectly with the bike. In fact, I have had to actually specifically point them out to people who are looking at my bike, because virtually no one noticed them until I pointed them out !. They provide a very streamline look when not in use, and they are VERY easy to open or close while you are riding at highway speed by simply moving your foot under the peg to open them ( I don't even need to look at them while I am doing this). I used them on a 150 mile ride on the NY Thruway, and it made a very long ride very relaxing. I actually purchased these directly from the manufacturer several months ago, because at the time, Wingstuff did not stock it. I spoke directly with the VP of production at RIVCO (the manufacturer) and they told me that the product features shear screws, so that if you ever accidentally dropped the bike while the pegs are extended, they will "break off" so that they don't damage the valve covers of the bike !!! This WAS a problem for the previous models of these pegs, because I was going to get them for my 2015 GW 2 years ago, but that "breakaway" feature did not exist at that time, and it was a known deficiency that would actually penetrate the valve covers in an accidental drop ( in a parking lot, etc ), and cause immediate catastrophic loss of engine oil through the penetrated valve covers. That problem has now been fixed with these new pegs for the 2018 model, since it comes with "soft" screws on a section of the mounting area that are designed to shear off if the bike accidentally drops. Otherwise, they are VERY sturdy, VERY well made, and they blend in perfectly with the bike. The powder coating is beautiful. Best of all, you do NOT get that SCRAPING that you get with other types of highway pegs when you make tight turns, despite you not even using the pegs at the time. These pegs don't protrude when you aren't using them, so they can not scrape on turns. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

Side Kickstand Pad for 2018+ Gold Wing
ITEM CODE: RIGW013,   SKU: RIGW013

10.11.2018
I have a 2018 Goldwing Tour, DCT version. I had this on my previous GW, which was the 2015 model. I am glad that they finally came out with this for my 2018 GW. It literally took me 2 minutes to install with an Allen wrench, and it provides tremendous stability in areas where the ground may be softer (hot days on asphalt driveways, parking lots, etc). Looks great, and blends in perfectly with the existing sidestand. Well made, solid metal material, good quality on the powdercoating. I highly recommend this.

Left Side Smartphone Holder for 2018 Gold Wing DCT Models
ITEM CODE: CI58311,   SKU: CI58311

10.11.2018
I have a 2018 Goldwing Tour, DCT version. This is my 4th Goldwing, and I have tried numerous cell phone holder solutions for all of my Goldwings, including this one. Since I have the DCT version, it does not have the 2 screws on the left handlebar to install my previous cell phone holder, so I had to wait for the aftermarket to come up with a solution. I previously used a RAM mount that I Jerry-rigged for my phone on the left side, but it was bulky and not very attractive. I use an Android Phone, so I can't use the Apple CarPlay feature that my GW has, which would have allowed me to keep my phone in the provided compartment. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+, so it is a large phone, and this phone holder holds it PERFECTLY and SECURELY !! It also fits right against the left handlebar, near the left side control buttons, so it is a very streamlined fit, and it does not interfere at all with the use of any of the left-side buttons (horn, turn signals, etc). It blends in PERFECTLY with the bike, and it is literally, the best cell phone holder solution that I have ever had for my bike. I highly recommend this product !

ITEM: PG38041

This is an extension of my review that I submitted for the passenger armrest that is made by the same manufacturer. I have a 2018 Goldwing Tour, DCT version. The cup holder is great for the driver, because it is attached FIRMLY to the screws by the right side brake area (you can also get the left mounted side as well). Here is the only issue, but it is a BIG one; If you use this cupholder with the passenger armrest made by the same manufacturer, it installs into a hole on the side of the armrest. It seems, at first glance, like a great solution for the passenger, and it looks great installed. HOWEVER, The adapter that holds the cup holder into the hole of the armrest is designed to allow the cup holder to spin when you open the rear trunk (so your drink doesn't spill....). I purchased the regular size drink holder, not the "big ass" (that's what it's called) one that they sell. I use a 20oz thermos, and it sits too high in the cup holder, and it spins upside down when you open the trunk (it doesn't automatically adjust the vertical position of the cup holder), which is it NOT supposed to do, and it also naturally spins the cup UPSIDE DOWN if you brake hard or accelerate hard, or make tight turns !! The cup won't fall out of the holder because of the rubberized material, but if you are not using a sealed LID thermos type of container, your drink (HOT coffee) WILL spill all over you AND your bike !! I did not purchase the "big ass" cup holder because it looks way too big and I wanted to preserve the sporty look of my 2018 Goldwing. The adapter on the armrests for this cup holder product NEEDS to be modified by the manufacturer so that it doesn't spin as easily as it does (and despite that, it STILL doesn't keep the drink upright if you open the trunk in it's current form anyway! ) You actually have to hold your drink WHILE you open the rear trunk to keep the drink rightside up. Anyway, Good idea, but bad execution. Needs to have the adapter MUCH tighter. I am debating on whether to return the armrests I purchased because of this defect, but I like the armrest feature; the issue is with the loose spinning of the adapter. The cup holder itself is well made, and it looks sporty, and holds the cups very well.

Passenger Armrests w/ Drink Holder Port for 2018-2020 Gold Wing
ITEM CODE: CI25000,   SKU: CI25000

This is a very sturdy product, and it perfectly follows the natural contours of the rear passenger's arms for a very comfortable and secure ride. It literally took me less than 5 minutes (each side) to install, and the instructions were VERY detailed, including photos of each step. You only need a Phillips head screwdriver for the entire install. The only thing that I would recommend would be to use a locking washer instead of the regular washers they provide. This would keep constant tension on the screws and prevent the armrests from ever getting loose. They look great on the bike (my opinion), and they are very functional, soft, and well made. Here is the only issue, but it is a BIG one; I also purchased the drink cup holder from the same manufacturer, and it installs into a hole on the side of the armrest. The adapter that holds the cup holder into the hole of the armrest is designed to allow the cup holder to spin when you open the rear trunk (so your drink doesn't spill....).
