Not all there

I lost a shifter peg off of a heel/toe shifter from AddOn. I contacted them and they told me that this was the part # that I needed. I ordered it from Wingstuff. Under description for this item it states that it "includes an Allen wrench for easy installation". Recieved it today. Sealed package only the peg. No Allen wrench, no bolt or screw to attach it. If you're ordering this as a replacement, you'll need to find a way to attach it. Common sense would dictate that if I lost the peg, I probably lost the bolt that holds it on. Come on AddOn, how much does a bolt cost?
