ITEM: WSS500GS

I'm truly amazed! I've always been one to believe that you get what you pay for, at least in most cases. Well this cover is one of those times that I found out, sometimes you get more than what you pay for. For over a year now I have watched these plain wrapped boxes go out the door, all the time thinking this was just another one of those poor man items that was only a tad better than one of mama's old sheets. I guess I was making that decision based on price rather than anything else. Finally the day came when I actually had the opportunity to inspect one up close and personal, and I must say I was truly impressed. So much so that I immediately got one for not only the Wing but also for the ST100. This one of those products that once you have one you're not likely to ever buy any of the others ever again, not to mention your friends will be saying, "how much did you say that cost, and where did you get it"?
If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, this is without a question the cover to have!

ITEM: ME2158100

Unfortunately these have a poor reputation to over come before they can be considered a contender for the serious rider. Metzeler has in the past provided the motorcycle community with some great tires. Sorry to say when it comes to the GL1800 they are a crap shoot at best. It appears the rear tire failures out weigh their previous efforts for having a quality tire. Similar to Dunlops EIII's they need to go back to the drawing board. If I'm going to pay more for any given tire it needs to be worth it. Like the EIII's from Dunlop, if you should be lucky enough to get a good set you're a happy camper, if not you're like me saying never again until they can prove their worth.

Chrome Scuff Plates
ITEM CODE: HO08P56MCA100,   SKU: HO08P56MCA100

Once again here's an item from Honda that cost more, but retains it's quality far beyond the competition. Unkike the others these are made from metal and since they overlap the existing scuff cover they don't have a problem with yellowing around that inner opening that comes with time.

Didn't want the added bulk or weight that comes with some of the big foot stands, yet I did want to spice that area up a little. Chroming well done and looks great!

Bridgestone Tires for GL1800 & F6B
ITEM CODE: PG02700

The very first Stones were a G707 & G704. As noted they had some cupping issues like all the others I might add, but shortly after Bridgestone did a redesign on the front which is now their G709. I have to say I see the results of all the tires out there on a daily basis, and I can say in all honesty that the 709 is by far and away the best front tire currently on the market for the Wing. The rear is okay but not necessarily deserving of any special mention, but like I said the 709 is the bomb. And just so you know I'm not a brand loyalist what so ever as I will jump ship the first time something better shows up, but for now it's Bridgestones.

Certainly a nice touch and unlike some of the competition who tried a follow up copy, this one is made of metal with much cleaner lines.

For the ones like myself that like a little bling as they put it, I don't know if there is any single piece that adds as much curb appeal as these. It was nice to see Kury follow the lead of others and add the rubber scuff pads to complete the design.

Driver Stainless Drink Holder w/Chrome Mnt
ITEM CODE: KU1463,   SKU: KU1463

There are other mfg's to choose from, but I found this one to fit my needs while not being overly intrusive. I really like being able to remove the holding fixture simply by lifting the ring out of the holder, or being able to stick that 16oz Pepsi bottle in there when I need my sugar rush. Clean and simple. I selected the black rather than the chrome to prevent possible glare conditions.
