The 12mm socket I used to remove the original drain plug was too small for this item. I had to use a 13mm socket. Wonder if anyone else came across this issue? I tried two different sockets from different sets.
Very easy to install and holds a good amount of refreshments. The only issue I have with it is that the cup is not insulated and does not hold ice very long and does not keep drinks cold.
I used this light modulator when coming to a major intersections and it worked very well. Well Saturday March 21th it stop working for some reason. I think it’s the light sensor, it’s off and on and now very slow when it’s working. Shame, I look at this as a great attention device when traveling in heavy traffic areas. At the moment I can’t locate any warranty information regarding the device. Wish I could get a replacement, I see that they’re out of stock and rumors are that the company may not exist/ out of business.
If you are planning to use your battery tender port for a power source you will be disappointed, that wire is only about an inch long. It comes with cords to connect to cig lighter or alligator clips. I will need to cut the ends off of these and combine them to make an extension.
These mirrors add much better vision than the OEM mirrors. The installation wasn't difficult but running the turn signal wires inside of the mirror frame took a little more time than anticipated. Definitely worth the effort however.
I have had these on my bike for 4 years now and read a bunch of things on them. One thing i read and actually contacted Cobra about was all the reviews about the tips rusting out. They insured they had that fixed and it won't happen again. Well i was cleaning mine 2 days ago and some chrome came off. Looked under the bike and just like all the people said they rust and flake. They sound great look great but if you have a stock exhaust stick with it wish i did. My bike is a 2001 and the mufflers i took off looked brand new wish i woulda left them on now. My advice stay away from Cobra they are not what they say they are.
VERY VERY disappointed with JMC this used to be the best in the market now this is a boat anchor. The BT4 was great between passenger and rider but that was it. This unit is horrible between riders. Its still great between a couple on a bike but do not buy it between 2 or more bikes no matter what they sell you. the other two companies are much much better. Not as good as CB's but very few are going that direction.
I really appreciate the ease with which I can now place my bike on the center stand. I can simply place some pressure on the pad once I've balanced the bike as usual, as I did with the OEM stand, and allow it to roll up onto the center stand while in reverse. It's also just as easy to ride off of it without placing my feet on the ground by engaging the forward walking feature, or by putting it in drive. What a great product that saves me wear and tear, as well as the potential for unnecessary strain on my body!
I installed this under my seat after watching a couple of videos. If you plan on adding any lights to your Wing, this is a must have. Aside from making the lighting installs incredibly easy, it keeps a clean look, and tidy wiring for all future add-ons. And most importantly, this keeps your delicate CAN bus electrical system safe and isolated. Gone are the days of just splicing into wires to pick up power.
The lights work exactly as they should not just running lights or blinkers. Wingstuff offers excellent service and support regards, Ron
Great lights. Much brighter than the stock bulbs and the flash is fantastic. The old flasher unit was difficult to get to, but that's on Honda engineers, not Pathfinder.
These are easy to install, look great and function even better. A perfect look to add more attention getting lights when signaling a turn or braking. Definitely will also want the Pathfinder distribution block if you're going to install add-on lighting.
