The wife loves these floorboards. It gives her the ability to change positions when riding for hours. It has increased her comfort and when mamma's happy, everybody's happy. |
For the ones like myself that like a little bling as they put it, I don't know if there is any single piece that adds as much curb appeal as these. It was nice to see Kury follow the lead of others and add the rubber scuff pads to complete the design. |
Have had this product for about two years. They have worked flawlessly except----lost a rubber insert, one per side. Looked like glue was almost non-existent on those two. Don't know yet if replacements can be bought. |
There are other mfg's to choose from, but I found this one to fit my needs while not being overly intrusive. I really like being able to remove the holding fixture simply by lifting the ring out of the holder, or being able to stick that 16oz Pepsi bottle in there when I need my sugar rush. Clean and simple. I selected the black rather than the chrome to prevent possible glare conditions. |
I believe this was the first option I ever bought. Just one of those things that not only has a safety value due to the extra lighting, but adds to overall appearance. |
Man I need to buy stock in this stuff! This really is a wonderful product to maintain the bikes appearance. I think the only thing that I haven't used this on is the tires. |
Rode for almost a year before I made this purchase, then wondered what took me so long to decide. A geat comfort item, just fold them up when you head for the twisties. |
My intent was to try and minimize the collection of exhaust soot after a days ride, and sure enough this was a huge improvement. After seeing some of the results from people carring cooler racks with luggage mounted that went into meltdown with the stock or straight exhaust ends, the turn downs offer an additional benefit. Oh yeah, they look kinda neat too! |
If you do your own oil changes, you gotta have one of these. |
Very high quality. Great detail. |
Not a bad idea to have some of this around just in case. |
