Excellent product for safety. Priced right... HOWEVER, this company does not have a clue how to install their product on a Gold Wing. NOR do they care. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS. Their awful directions are useless. I believe you can now find help from the message boards and I do highly recommend installing one. But This Company Needs to get the message to actually WRITE instructions for the Wingers!! Now for the real world lesson. Someone should knock this thing off and put these people out of business. I'm so disappointed we all continue to hand them our $$ and they can't even write a simple one-page set of installation instructions. Bottom Line: buy one, get some friend or on-line help to install and you will be safer. Don't be naive to think - regardless of how handy you are - you can simply get the box and plug and play. It is a half a day translating their diagram and how that might apply to your GW. Geez..... ALSO, don't bother taking off your seat. you can rig it up right in your trunk by identifying the brake wires, hook up and then double stick tape the box in your trunk. Surely Kisan or Electrical Connection can make one of these AND some instructions for Wingers. |

I bought these for their looks, but they also seem to keep the engine temperature a notch cooler. Adds just enough look without going overboard and being too gawdy (not sure of the spelling). Mine came with silicone for attaching as well as the zip locks to hold in place. Although they seem secure, I would have felt a lot more comfortable if they had sent 2 tubes of the silicone instead of just 1. The fit was pretty good, but could have been a little better. As pointed out on a different review, they do direct the heat right to the legs. |
| These arrived yesterday, and I just finished installing them - took about an hour, only because I check and double check everything, and I try to be real careful. Tested them out on the property here, and because I'm not a seasoned rider, I had no trouble with the "new" way of shifting. Easy to put on (with the right tools), and so far, I'm happy with them. A couple of issues with the instructions (yes, I did get them, plus you can download the PDF file from the manufacturer's web site if you lose yours). Pictures could be clearer (i.e. larger to show detail), and they neglected to tell you a couple of things, but common sense prevailed! All in all, a nice product - made a great bike look even better, and a whole lot more comfortable on long trips! |

| What a nice trunk organizer, can't believe the low price for such a nice quality organizer. My wife just loves this item, we are more organized than ever before and installation took less than 5 minutes! Now ordering the matching saddlebag organizers, should have bought the combo in the first place. Great product |

| Very happy with this product. Easy to get on and off. A agree with others that it should be an inch or two bigger. (This 4 vs 5) My mid-sized cooler is just a pinch too big to fit perfectly. Also found a way to lock it on by putting a long looped lock through the rings on the cotter clips then under the hitch frame. I'll try to post a photo. |
| Very happy with this bag. Bought it for a trip from WI to Smoky Mountains, had more than enought storage for 9 day trip. Later on an over-night attached it on rear seat using side velcro strips an worked even better. Rain cover fits well, is easy to attach and does a great job of keeping contents dry. |
| These are the nicest things since sliced bread. We Fleww 4X6 flags on schedule 40 pipe before getting these, and these are worth every penny. Many of our trips are long with the PGR and VFW, so now we can fold everything up and put it away without further damage! We Love Them! |
| They really look great on the bike. Stright forward easy install. But LED's are going out on the left bag. Only on the bike since May 2008. Have three LED'S out in one POD. This could be an expensive fix. |
