| I've had thse on my 03' 1800 since 2004 they work great but after a few years the crome is cracked and pealing, I do take careof my crome. |

| Another bad idea! This extension does not tighten on the Kuryakyn chrome side stand. There is no way to keep it from dragging the pavement when cornering even with it mounted up against the floorboard. Mine has bent and ground down from dragging and it keeps coming loose even with Lock-Tite. I am very unhappy with this product and unless you only ride in a straight line, I would never buy this product. I am 64 years old, so how agressive do I ride? I live in Colorado so there are curvy roads! |
| I do not understand the 5 star ratings. These highway pegs do not mount far enough forward to be comfortable. I have seen some mounted to the vertical part of the crash bars, which is noted in the instructions to be an improper way to mount them. Unless you can mount them on the vertical bar, they are extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend these to anyone unless they find a friend's bike to sit on and try them first. |
| Had these added at Cool Springs Honda/Nashville while getting new tires and chrome rims. Look great while performing as running lights and turn signals. |
| Fantastic product that gets a 5+. I installed these for my winter rides. The deflectors keep all of the cool air from climbing up your jacket sleeves. Liked 'em so much, I ordered the lowers also. |

| 4 stars mainly for its bang for bucks. It looks quite good on a cursory inspection and at a relatively low price it's going to do the job- just don't look too close. I was quite impressed with the fittings kit that comes with it. With mounting, it's more an art than science. I don't think that a template would work because the racks are probably all different out of the factory. The location of legs, the bends in the wire and even the angles are all slightly different and the rack is not perfectly symmetrical. You can't mount the rack by measuring. Put it on and eyeball its position with a friend giving back up opinions and when it looks right, drill and mount. |
| Very easy to put on and secures nicely. Everywhere I ride people give me thumbs up and point. The best part is when children see me riding and you can see their faces light up with big smiles. That makes me feel good, get some of your friends to wear these and go riding as a group of motorcycle Santa's. We did and it was a blast! John |
