Other styles on the market but this Kuryakyn one, with the nice ridge line adds class. Make sure you clean the area good with alchohol and hold pressure on for a full minute. It won't come off.
Great little add on. All I can say is the more chrome on a silver bike the better it looks!!!!!
Really makes the Wing shine. A very nice "Bling" item and extremely easy to install.
Install was straight forward, look good and obvious increase to visability/safety, would be five star except for fit of the screw holes. I tried a dry run of putting the screws in before installing to check the fit after all the warnings, and no matter how careful/slow I went cracking started with the screw only 1/2 way in. Easy fix was to take the next size up drill bit from what already slide in easy and enlarge the hole. I may have striped one or two, but at least they will fall out inside and can go back in with a little lock tight, but there was no way mine were going in without cracking badly before drilling out the hole. Possible might have helped if it were warmer.
I had before Belly Pan without vented louvers. I think cooling was not sufficient. With this Belly Pan there is no more problem with the cooling. It is easy to install it and gives good protection of the engine.
It is really a lifetime filter. Wash it and use it. I give it five stars.
If you have trailer, you need this part. If you drive trailer in Europe you can't use this hitch, because Kuryakyn is producing it without a technical documentation !!! Without technical documentation of the hitch you won't be able to get European licence for it. So, don't buy it for Europe or drive on your own risk. Because it is useless in Europe I gave it one star.
Nice accent of the front of the Wing. Easy to install. The turn signals in it will help in your visibility on the road.
Nice protection of the trunk. I used four instead of five. In the beginning it is hard to close the trunk, but in time that is not a problem anymore. They will protect my trunk when driving with full loaded rack bag.
Easy install! I got the dark smoke and they look great on my Titanium Wing. Really cuts down on the wind on my hands. Haven't tried them open to bring more wind onto me in hot weather, but I imagine they will work like the old vent windows on cars and trucks.
It's a miracle! What a difference! Well, what really made the difference was getting rid of the mice nest on top of the old filter (the airbox was completely filled, I kid you not!) but I have plenty of experience with K&N air filters to know they are the best. After you do one or two of these tear-downs on your 'Wing, you'll be able to do it in your sleep. Remember to keep your K&N filter clean and charged. Yes, there's a lot of stuff to remove and move aside to install one of these puppies, but look at all the fun you'll have doing it! Learning about your ride is a good thing, and when you have the shelter off, it's a good time to pull wire, install headlight modulators, etc., etc. So really, Honda was doing you a favor by making this replacement more like taking apart and reassembling a puzzle! Your 'Wing will thank you for the effort.
Gee wilikers, that's a lot of wires! I ordered these months ago and finally had my shelter off, so I thought I'd install this. 5 stars for the results, 4 stars for the methodology. There has got to be a more elegant way to get the flashers working other than running wire to the front signals, but like I said, with shelter off, it was a breeze. The instructions are 80 percent good, but they left some steps off. By the time you get 80 percent through, you can figure out the rest of it anyway. My only concern is that now with all the added connections under the fender panel that wont fit into a rubber boot, will there be problems when the whole shootin'match gets wet? If you like puzzles and you're willing to pull some wire and you want a lovelier backside, install this mod. I'm happy.
