Finally came out with some new, very nice shirts. To bad there over priced.
After drilling the holes with the supplied templates I at first had difficulty in trying to get the rubber bumpers through the holes - the directions state that it will be difficult. I tried silicon spray lubricant and saliva as suggested but still no luck without worrying about tearing the nipple off while trying to pull them through and prodding them from the other side. What worked was spraying the bumpers AND the hole with the silicon and they installed without great effort. Also I did not have to cut the bumpers at all. The top closes snugly but it does close. The remote still works fine. I can now see the gap between the lid and main trunk is larger and will hopefully prevent wear especially if you have a load on the rack.
good instunctions to install. (remember to clean all bolts and screws before new lock tite). Like peace of mind knowing that tires will stay balanced. cont smooth ride after several thousand miles.
The absolute best handling and performance up grade you can make. Have had Metzger, Dunlop and now Bridgestone’s. Replaced factory Dunlop’s at about 14,000. Have 23,000 (in one year) now and looks like they will go well beyond Dunlop’s.
Very good item, seems to be built very heavy, fit my flag perfect, and was a breeze to bolt on
recieved bag last week and weekend went to hot springs, the bag worked great for our trip.
Stainless Centramatic Goldwing Wheel Balancers... I installed with new E-3's (balanced) tried, and then I took off the (balance weights) I felt no difference and have run nearly 9M since. I'm really happy and satisfied the Stainless Centramatic Goldwing Wheel Balancers work.
It took me all of about thirty minutes to install and I have never done anything like this before. The hardest part was making the cut in the seat, but once I got pass that it was easy. I am mechanically inclined so that helps. I just got tired of the dealership charging an arm and a leg to do thing I can do my self. Watching the youtube videos help when putting on any parts for you goldwing. This was a real easy job and the backrest is great. I can now ride for hours pain free and I have had numerous back operations. Worth every penny and looks great.
Not bad if you need something cheap, quick and easy to install, sound quality is ok, lots of wind noise even with volume at 5.
Looks great and would love to have some but who do you think we are (Harley Riders). Priced about $15.00 too high. Yeah we love our wings and are proud to let the world know it for a good value like the bikes we ride.
I have had a low speed/deceleration wobble in the front of my 2006 GL1800 since I got it. Have had several sets of tires on it and they seem to help some but the wobble is still there. Put the new bearings in and a new set of Elite 3s. No wobble at all! Will wait for the tires to wear down and see if any wobble comes back. So far this looks great and the stearing feels "lighter". Sweet!
Hi,Everyone I have these floorboards and all the rubber fell out so I e-mailed Rivco and they got back to me and said if they are over 2 years you have to pay $15.00 dollars so I guess im going to pay. P.S. They are good
