I had a problem with my lower back hurting. The Utopia backrest gave me the support I needed. Install was easy after I got the nerve to cut the seat. This product is well worth the money.
can,t beleive i never did a review on these great light,s they were added in 2006 when i first purchased bike dealer installed still looking and working great.
I agree with you other guys - these OEM pads are the ONLY way to go. Came to find out that my bike had after-market pads on it, and these OEM's blow those right out of the water when it comes to stopping power.
Very easy to install and adds some nice finish detail
Installed these today and found it very easy. I previously installed the flat chrome plates which are attached to the passenger foot rest for raising that step. If your careful you don't have to remove those plates to install these covers. Adds a nice touch to the bike.
I just installed this on 2012 Wing and it couldn't been easier. Just follow the instructions, carefully, and it fits perfectly. The templet matched the marks already provided by Honda. Just punch the marks, pilot drill then final drill. Install screws, plug in the wires and you're done. Took about 30 minutes. I love it. Makes the bike look so much better Honda should make them standard equipment.
Very easy install, Looks great, makes riding even more fun. I've installed these on Valk's and Harley's, and now GoldWing's. just follow the instructions and the fear of cutting a new seat is "no problem".
I am very happy with this product and the prompt handling of my order by Wingstuff! I was careful to read the instructions a couple of times and did not tighten the mounting hardware until everything was in its final place. Take your time, use the recommended torque values and you'll reap the benefits of a nice hitch at a nice price for your bike (Mine is a 2006 Gold Wing). Next project, trunk rack...
I installed these easy install look is real cool bought the red but after looking @ them i beleive amber would have been a better choice for the front.hope there r no law issues.
I wanted to try this for when I wear my half helmet and didn't what annoy others with my music. Did a quick test out with it today and the sound is great. The headphones in my helmet require my volume to be cranked up pretty high to hear them, but with this, the ear buds played just as loud as the external speakers. Works great.
Just installed them and rode home from work at27deg. Worked great hands were a little cool but not aching like they did before I installed the hand wings. These are well worth the price I payed.
Great product once installed! Installation is somewhat difficult but can be done by a novice mechanic. The 14 mm hex head bolt on the right side is left handed thread, meaning to loosen, turn it to the right. The 8 mm allen bolt on the left side is regular right handed thread (turn left to loosen). Both have been lock tighted from the factory and require great effort to break free. Pay attention to the spacers when removing old stand, one of the spacers is recessed and it goes on the allen bolt side which allows the bolt to go all the way in. Both spacers have a flat spot which faces the frame or otherwise, the bolts will not hit the holes. Please use blue lock tight when reinstalling the stand to prevent the bolts from backing out while riding. Have fun!
