Soft metal.

Hello, this is made of very soft metal and can no longer be removed from my bike after one oil change. I bought this about a month ago. Maybe they got a bad batch, but it rounded out quite easily with a socket wrench. Now I have to take it to a shop to have it extracted, somehow. Extremely dissatisfied.
