| I purchased one of your Echo Safety Helmet Chin Strap product #TR500016 and when I recieved it there were two stuck together as is a common mistake I guess. So if you contact me I would be glad to pay for the second one. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses we strive to be honest in all things.I like the product very much. Very well made. | Bought 2 one for myself and one for wife. Two things I have found helpful if I misalign the release I have found that if I press on both release tabs and push the two halves together I hear a click and then just pull while still holding the release tabs in and it should pull apart. Another help is if when latching I put a thumb and forefinger on each side of the female base I can feel if one of the pins are misaligned and trying to slip through on the outside. |

| I agree with Wingding's mention if you mis-align while inserting it becomes a PITA. With that said it is a must have for HJC helmets as their "D" rings are stamped and not round as most other brands. |

| Maybe it's just me but how many times have I inserted the quick release only to find that it's not properly seated and it's a b***ch to get it back out. If you carefully line it up it's a cinch everytime. I am thinking of designing my own and selling it on Wingstuff! ;) |

Sometimes it the smallest of details that make life grand. My wife and I both got these and love them very much, especially on those cold days when you have gloves on. They work wonderful so far and function easier than any other quick release I have seen on the market. |
