| I purchased this unit (duo) for the great sound from the speakers and the mesh intercom with my passenger I am not interested in large groups, I have a CB for that. The sound is very good and it connects to my 2018 DCT without any problems every time, I can live with the 2-3 sec delay because I told everyone to hold the transmit button down for a short time before they start to speak and all works fine. However I ordered an extra mount for my winter helmet and the right speaker sounded like it was cracked. I contacted Cardo and promptly got an email from Brent and was told that they would get a new set of speakers in the mail. I only use it to listen to music from the bike, talk to my passenger and communicate on the CB and it works great. I would recommend it to any one looking for a good headset and Cardo support was great. No problem with music and intercom from the bike. Not interested in phone conversation while riding. When I get caught in the rain will be glad that it is water proof at that time, as for now I am happy |

| Best bluetooth headset for riders EXCEPT if you use CB. For CB users Cardo has decided to implement a low volume ramp when someone transmits. What this means is that when someone hits transmit and starts talking, the CB breaks in, goes to lowest volume setting and then starts increasing over 2-3 seconds until its at the volume you set. This usually means you miss most of the conversation. I own a packtalk black and this this made my purchase a waste. Skip it if you need CB, best headset around if not. |

| Have been using Cardo for over 10 years and bought the PacTalk almost 5 years ago. Excellent for bike to bike, phone, audio Bluetooth and now with Android Auto works great for texting. |
