The integrated LED light helps to insure you are seen by traffic. The ECE rating on the MD-01 gives you assurance that this helmet has been certified by the leader in "world standard" safety equipment testing. It combines comfort, safety, and convenience in an affordable package.

MD-01 Modular Helmet Pearl White

It's a nice Helmet for the price for sure. However, I wear a 3X and ordered this in a 3X and I could not get it on my head. I would say it runs one to two sizes smaller than the listed size.
