| I purchased this unit to use with my 2018 DCT Tour, I must say it connected to the bike without a problem the very first time. The sound was very clear noise cancelling work as well as the auto volume. So I decided to purchase a second unit to use as an intercom with my wife, the intercom worked great as far as talking to my wife (muted the music completely) but when I turned the intercom off to listen to the music from my wing it would not work (did not reconnect to music). I contacted Cardo and got a quick response at which time they told me that the unit would not work on my bike the way that I was trying to use it and that I would have to upgrade to something like the Packtalk units. I purchased a Sena 20S EVO that works perfect. Also when using the CB the sounds good on both ends is very clear but there is about a 2 second delay when receiving from other CB unit (no delay with the Sena) I am giving 4 stars because of the delay and not being able to reconnect to the wing after using the intercom. |
