Final drive oil replacement
| Change per maintenance schedule, holds up well to long rides or trips. Be sure to remove fill nut first to ensure able to fill, before removing drain plug. I use a turkey injection needle to refill due to confined space at fill hole. |

Should change more frequently
| Owner's manual says to change Final Drive every 3 years but my service manager says to change every 24K miles. Since I ride over 30K miles per year I should be changing my Final Drive oil a lot more frequently. |
