The simple, classy way to mount GPS on a motorcycle!
The eCaddy Ball GPS mount works with Garmin and Magellan GPS models with the 17mm ball receiver hole (either as part of the GPS or as a plate/cradle that clips onto the back of the GPS as shown here*). Simply snap the cradle or GPS unit directly on to the ball and rotate/tilt just as you do in your car!
The eCaddy Ball GPS mount is easy to install and remove (no special tools necessary) and will not scratch bars!
Available in Two Height Options!
The "base" design is approx 2 inch in height. Choosing an Extender adds 4.3 inch! Extender Mounts Include:
Ultra-Swivel at the base allows you to pivot the unit for more positioning and angle-ability.
Mounting rod so slim you'll hardly notice it's there
All parts are made to last - stainless steel and machined aluminum.
How to Mount
This kit mounts to brake assembly, clutch assembly, reservoir - basically anywhere you have two bolts (minimum screw spacing 25 mm/1 inch; maximum screw spacing 40 mm/1.5 inch).
Kit includes (2) 22.5mm spacers and (3) pair of screws in the most common sizes: M6 x 50mm; M6 x 60mm; and 1/4-20 x 2.25". Please note: you may need to get your own screws if your motorcycle does not accept these common threads/sizes.
Note: the "plate" is usually a rigid plastic material (unlike our parts which are aluminum and stainless steel) that 'clips' to the GPS at top and bottom. We highly suggest you glue that plate to the back of your GPS, or consider the eCaddy Diamond Mount instead. |
