| I’ve been using J&M headset products for almost 20 years. While they are continually improving and upgrading they have always be on the cutting edge in quality and have provided outstanding service each time I have dealt with them. By outstanding I mean I’ve never dealt with a company who does better. I don’t even compare prices of other products anymore. It simply doesn’t matter. If I can’t afford it, I wait until I can. Example: just ordered a helmet and two Bluetooth headsets installed along with the BT transmitter for Goldwing. The transmitter won’t ship fo a couple of weeks because it hasn’t been released yet. But they turned the helmets around the same day they received the one I sent them. I asked for no discount, but the final price came in 20% below what I expected, even with an installation fee to put in the headsets. Outstanding is all I can say. |
