Instructions
| First, the product deserves a 5 Star rating but because of the instructions are not easy to follow I’ll give only 4 stars. Now I must be clear on this, my evaluation of the instructions is totally subjective but the illustrations on my copy were very hard to see clearly. That made it a rather frustrating experience for me but I did, in time, figure out how it all works. It went together easily but a word of caution “do the assembly with the floor beneath covered with something that will show up the pieces that drop”. The screws are very small and stainless steel so a magnet won’t pick them up.It’s worth the cost. It’s a good product that does its job very well. I really like mine👍 |

| Ordered the Breakaway cruise control for my 13 F6B prior to several 500-650 mile trips. Had been looking at it for some time, just didn't want to pay the price. Finally ordered it and the install went smoothly. The product met all expectations, wish I had ordered it a long time ago. I would definitely order it all over again. Very pleased. |

BreakAway Manual Cruise Control
| I looked at this for a couple of years. I called and talked to the owner/manufacturer and we had a very in depth discussion. I wanted to install this on my 2010 GL1800 Audio & Comfort model ...... The only drawback to mounting on the heated grips model is a slight interference with the heated throttle grip electrical cable. This is the reason for the non-fitment issue. I found that the interference only occurs with a wide open throttle position. I rarely open my throtte wide open, and if I do, I am aware that I have to manually close the throttle past the interference and all is good....... It works just fine for me, but it may not for others. |
