Should have been made this way!
| The bike should have come from the factory like this!Excellent adjustment in all directions. No more shoulder pain and a much more relaxed, natural riding position. My only gripe would be if they were a little bit thicker diameter (the pipe) they would look better with such a big bike. We’ll worth the investment… you won’t be sorry you bought them. |

Horizon SST Helibars for 2018 Gold Wing Air bag with CB Switch
| Install took about 3 hrs. Pretty easy. (Be sure to cover your paint!) I watched the install video and used the pictures include in the instructions for close ups. My left grip was easy enough to get off without the need of the nice tool (Gonna keep that one in my toolbox) 2 Issues First I do have a CB and was hoping that Helibars would have a fix for it in the kit as he spoke about it in the video. So right now my CB switch is shooting the moon. I did order the Traxxion kit but it was at an addition cost :(. But thanks Max for having a solution. Second thing is they provide 4 black caps for the top hex screws. Should be 2 more for the side hex screws. Overall I am looking forward to trying them out if the rain ever stops. |

Big job to get it in, but oh so worth it!
| It took two of us 4.5 hours to do this one, but we took a few breaks and contemplated things carefully as we went. The longest part is removing the left heated grip using the genius but horribly slow tool to carefully slide it back. The how to video was almost perfect, with just a few areas where a different camera angle would have been better, or a part was jumped ahead on, but if you’ve worked on bikes before, it’s not hard to figure out.The end result is a bike that is now perfectly comfortable for my 6’3” frame and reach…….entirely different bike now! Whether you’re tall, or just prefer a taller or more spread out stance, this is exactly what you need and worth every penny! |
