My name is Dan, I am the GWRRA Chapter Director of Israel Chapter.  Last September-October me and my wife Rachel were on a Coast to Coast trip in USA on our new Yellow GL 1800. Since myself and many other fellow members of our Chapter in Israel have had excellent experience ordering all kinds of Goldwing stuff from Wingstuff.com, I planned to visit their retail store and change tires at their service center in Lake Forest, California.

After ridding 10,000 within 5 weeks the bike needed also regular oil & filters change as well as 20,000 miles treatment for the bikes Traxxion suspensions.  When we reached Wingstuff by the end of September 09 , I knew immediately that I took the right decision to trust the guys at Wingstuff to take care of my dear yellow baby before I will ship it from LA to Israel. The facilities there are really great! Everything is so professional and modern. They have a huge service maintainence area divided to few compartment [ it is very impressive to see how they converting GL to Trikes].

However the most pleasant surprise was the people who we met at Wingstuff. From the moment we get off our bike at the front of their store we received a very warm welcome. Everybody was interested to learn about our country and our trip. We received a very good assistant with what we needed and the bike received professional treatment as well as a lot of new STUFF.

We wish to thank very much to Don Ginter, Hank Herrera, and to all our new friends at Wingstuff.com for your warm welcome and the treatment you gave to our bike – we will never forget this visit. WOW, wow, wow – I am riding a different Goldwing!!!

I cannot believe the difference this GL1800 traxxion kit has made to the bike. It feels planted, solid, precise, easy to manoeuvre (especially at low speeds), firm, vibration free & most of all COMFORTABLE. No more nasty shocks up my back, pothole surprises,  or confused & flighty front end.

This morning, I was carving through long sweepers that previously felt dangerous on the wing. Now it holds its line perfectly. No over steer or bounciness. Amazing! I really can't put into words how the traxxion GL1800 suspension kit has transformed the bike.

I wish I would have done this upgrade at the very beginning. But i guess now I appreciate my 'new' ride even more. I took great...immense... pleasure throwing my OEM stock suspension parts into the garbage – exactly where they belong.

A big thanks to everyone that helped me import & install this kit.

Every time I call in with a question about an item your staff has always been professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Your products arrive on time and the installation has always been easy.

In 2007 I purchased a Nolan flip-face helmet with a J&M system installed. Unfortunately the fit was terrible (no fault of your great staff). This year I decided to bite the bullet and buy another helmet. Cameran was a great help. He helped me with sizing and offered to send the new helmet to me so I could wear it around the house to make sure it was comfortable. When I was sure it would be comfortable I returned it to him, along with the Nolan, and he removed the headset from the Noland and installed it in the new Shoei. I couldn't be happier.

There should be more companies out there like Wing Stuff!! I placed an order for two helmets with headsets, tire pressure monitor, helmet shields, and lower cords to hook the communicators to my Goldwing. The order arrived but after unpacking found the two lower cords missing and one of the shields had a a small crack on the lens right where it is pressed into the frame, a FACTORY DEFECT, NOT Wing Stuff's fault.

I called their customer service department and was immediately transfered to the shipping department where my orginal order was looked up. The missing lower cords were sent out the very same day, with no hassle of any kind! I then went on to their return page and put in a request to return the defective helmet shield. That night I recieved the UPS label, PREPAID, by Wing Stuff! Again there was no hassle, just return and reorder!

All companies should be run as smoothly as this one and put the customer first! I've been a customer for two years now and will! continue to be a customer for many more years. Thank you Wing Stuff

Thank you so much for all the help you provided in selecting tires as a gift for a Goldwing 1800. I ride a Honda VTX 1300 and he wanted tires like mine. When I called to order them, the salesperson mentioned that the 1800 was too heavy for those tires and made suggestions. I followed his advice, and when I gave the gift, I said I consulted with Wingstuff to get the best tires for his bike. That was good enough and he was very happy not having tires like mine :) I also had a lot of other questions about tire pressure monitors, and you were patient and helpful. The tires were here the next day, and even with a snow storm in the northeast, everything else arrived very quickly. You are top notch and set the standard for outstanding customer service!

I cannot say enough about Rick, his staff, and this company Wingstuff.com. There is a reason they are the only place I order from.

First, his product list is top drawer. The pricing is right, delivery is prompt, and never a problem. His staff is exceptional, and if I call with questions, they treat me like a regular guy, not just a possible sale. They know their items, and have no problem suggesting something better priced if it suits. Now that's Old School.

Second, he stands behind his clients. I bought a J&M GPS/cell phone/radar integration kit through Rick. A few days after I received it, I installed the unit. It was faulty. No incoming call notification, no volume control on the GPS or phone (I could only call out) and a horrendously loud electrical `bark' in the speakers/headset on starting the bike that killed my ears. Even put it in another 1800 that already had a working unit, and it didn't work. After a week of trying (and I am very proficient with bike electronics) I called J&M to troubleshoot. They asked me to e-mail the owner (he was in Europe on vacation).

We e-mailed back and forth for another week, and I did everything he suggested with no positive results. He told me to send it to them at J&M to test, and not return it through Wingstuff. I sent it to J&M. After 2-3 more weeks, I called J&M and was told they had bench tested it and it seemed fine `to them'. I asked if they had actually tried putting it in! to a bike. No, they only bench test, and it was being sent back to me.

I called Rick at Wingstuff directly. There were no questions asked. He said he `had my back' and would work it out with J&M. Issued me a store credit on the spot. He didn't have to, but he did, Rick never hesitated. That one act on it's own forever earned my continued trust and loyalty.

I needed some "dealer only" Honda items. I got the part numbers, and ordered them through Wingstuff. They were less than or close to the price of ordering through another online discount company. Perfect, since it let me deal with the company I know and trust.

I can't say enough about this company. It has honestly been my privilege to be their customer. They rock.

I found Wingstuff a few years ago while surfing the net. I needed a helmet and ended up calling to make sure of the sizing. I got this guy on the phone (very nice) that helped me because all the sales people were busy. He told me he was helping out but seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. I have spent hours on the internet looking for better prices and that has been hours all wasted. You may find a price that is comparable but believe me, it does not come with the service. My dealer even becomes agitated when I mention it because he says he cannot match it.

I have made several purchases through Wingstuff and I have never been disappointed. Whenever someone asks me where I got an accessory or item for my wing, I tell them Wingstuff and don't bother going anywhere else, it is not worth it.

I insure my bike with AAA of Southern California (liability, comprehensive and collision). I was getting concerned with the amount of insurance coverage I would have on the added accessories. I contacted my agent and was told that as long as I had receipts for all of it, and documented it all with photographs, it would all be covered. I went to Wingstuff and logged into My member homepage "order history" and that online order information from Wingstuff helped me document it all as I didn't have all the actual receipts that came with each order. The thing that impressed me the most was the help you gave me with some problems I had. I mistakenly ordered one of the Arai helmets in the wrong size. I also had trouble with the installation of the chrome front cowl (my fault). Don't worry, your mechanic Dave walked me through the process over the telephone. Great company to purchase accessories or apparel. Ordered 2 Goldwing mellinum jackets fastest delivery ever(3 days). The stitching was different on one of the jackets, called customer service and a new jacket was shipped the same day. The service we recieved and the quality products confirmed our initial choice, and I've been back for a second order. When we had a problem with one product, Gary was there to provide personal service to set everything straight and to make sure the replacement item was shipped out straight away.

Hello everyone at Wingstuff, noticed you had a testimonial area and I decided to email you my own, please post it on your website if you wish. How many times have you wished you could find a retailer that really cared about what he sells, and for the people he sells to? If you're like me, too many times to count. A little while back, some friends, my wife, and I took a little trek down to Wingstuff.com to meet, in person, some of the people there.

There is an old Honda advertising slogan that says; "You meet the nicest people on a Honda". In this case, it should be; "You meet the nicest people at Wingstuff.com, selling parts for Honda Goldwings". A while back I needed a new trunk lid, so instead of just selling me a brand new one Rick at Wingstuff was able to find me a 'used' (but really new), hole-less, color matched trunk lid in perfect condition for my bike at a killer price to match the new spoiler he ordered for me. Although he would have given me a better than retail price on a factory Honda replacement, he took the time to help me and found the used perfect one. Add a Kury rack and bag...perfect. I'm very pleased with Wingstuff's staff and parts availability, keep up the good work!

Heard you had a testimonial page on your new website layout and wanted to write something

Rick & I met back in '75 or '76 when he was working for Honda Performance in East Providence Rhode Island. At first I thought of him as a young kids first job. It wasn't long before I realized I only wanted to deal with him, although he became so popular that it wasn't easy when every time the phone rang they wanted to talk with Rick. We took a few trips together to Vermont on some of the nicest bike riding roads around. Then Rick left for more sunshine to Ca. in '86 or was it '87 (the memory bank gets worst with age).

The winters in New England was too quiet for Rick. We never lost touch. I retired in '86 and every year my wife & I took at least a month and traveled around the country putting on 10 - 12 thousand miles, and we would have the bike serviced where Rick was manager. We would go to dinner and Rick would always talk about his dream of someday working for himself. Even though we lived a distance away, if I had a problem I would always call Rick and ask his advice. In '94 we moved to Las Vegas Nevada, the winters were finally getting to us. While getting established in Nevada we didn't have time to take the month long rides and didn't trade bikes every two years like we used to, but still talked with Rick on the phone, and take 1-2 trips to Ca. every year and make it a point to see Rick.

Then Ricks dream came thru and Wingstuff was born. We finally purchased (on our 30th anniversary) GL1800 white 30th anniversary edition, and dressed it up with accessories purchased thru none other than Wingstuff. I didn't buy from him just because he was my friend, but because no one can match his prices item for item, and has what you want, and will steer you in the right direction in choosing the best product. First off, I'm one of the many Wingstuff local customers here in southern California, I will say they are by far the best motorcycle parts and accessory stores around, both localy and online.

Rick and staff not only provide their Goldwing customers with quality products, they also provide Harley and cruiser style riders the same fine customer service in their store and online with their Cyclegiant.com website. Although most of their employees ride Goldwings, they also help cruiser riders find what they need too. With a thriving online operation, they provide all their customers via the phone or website with the same customer service that is not generally provided by other companies.

I've been a customer of Wingstuff.com since I purchased my 05 Yellow in Feb of 2005, I really enjoy the opportunity that Rick & crew provide their local customers IE: those of us who can meet on a regular basis there on Saturdays to partake in the comrodery that abounds at their store, the opportunity to meet and greet many new customers each week while we are there, as well as the ones rated as regulars. Whether calling on the phone or in person, they always provide us with the FAMILY feeling that makes it comfortable, as well as enjoyable. Theres always free donuts and coffee provided there that ads to it also.

I have also found they stand behind their products, if ever a problem, they have always offered help when needing assistance in warranty issues in a very timely manner that stands out from all the rest.

Finally but not the last, they offer the best overall prices to their customers, almost everyone who works there rides a Goldwing, so they really know their products and always offer knowledgeable honest advice when we need it.

It is of great pleasure that I can do business with this fine retail motorcycle accessory store, when I heard there was a testimonial section, I was more than happy to share my experience, glad to have you guys around for all of us.

I first met Rick back in 2001 when Wingstuff was the supporting vendor at an event called Rally in the Valley, put on by GWRRA California chapter CA-1R. The next time I saw him was at another such Rally, where I bought an UltraGard half cover. Seems like the next few times I saw him, whether at a rally or during a rare visit to Wingstuff, he always had a smile and a Wingstuff t-shirt for me. I've never been a big spender on accessories, but that doesn't seem to matter to Rick. He has always been more than generous with his time, his smiles, and, of course, with those great prices.

The great thing is that when I call Wingstuff these days, it's easy to see that Rick has made every effort to insure that, even though his staff has grown considerably in the last few years, every customer will still get the same knowledgeable and friendly service Rick would give himself. Oh, and then there's the goodies he sells. The stuff I've purchased has been great, and the few times there's been a problem, it's always made right as quickly as possible.

The free t-shirts are gone, and that's understandable. But it's clear to see that some things about Wingstuff will never change, not if Rick has anything to say about it.

I recommend Wingstuff.com to anyone, and do business with Rick and the gang whenever possible!
