HeliBars® Tour Performance™ handlebar relocation adapters for the Honda GL1800 2018+ (all models) Duo Position Riser

Installs between the factory handlebar mounting clamp risers and the top triple clamp to reduce the reach to the grips.

Touring Position:

  • 5/8" (16mm) Taller
  • 2 3/4" (70.5mm) Rearward

HeliBars has included a photo showing the HeliBar in the Touring Position on the left side, one of our engineering tools that allows us to accurately compare HeliBars to factory bars.  This allows us to measure rear offset (distance closer to rider.) This straight edge is precisely aligned 90° to the front wheel and the fork is in the exact straight forward position.  Notice the increased distance between the steering stem pivot and the end of the left damper weight.

Sport Position:

  • 5/8" (16mm) Taller
  • 3/4" (19mm) Forward
  • 1 1/4" (31.75mm) Wider
  • Gives riders with greater reach more elbow room for relaxed shoulders

Both Models:

  • Heli Tour performance handlebar relocation adapters moves the factory bars into a more comfortable position by reducing reach.
  • All original cables and hydraulic lines are retained and are un-modified
  • Hard Coat Anodized
  • Increased leverage boosts confidence, improves low speed handling and makes the new Wing feel even lighter.
  • Super precision adapters have drain holes in the recessed hardware mounting bores to eliminate corrosion from pooling water.
  • Does not interfere with the complex new front fork components
  • Template included for trimming the plastic top handlebar mount cover.
  • 2 Videos (above) to help you reduce installation time: WATCH CAREFULLY!  USE EXTREME CAUTION.
  • Exceptional build quality backed by a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee

Great product

Harry’s shortcut install was simple and easy. I’m 5’11” with 33” inseam. They are darn near perfect for reach and comfort. I also did the Rivco highway pegs and together these products made a recent 400 mile day much more comfortable. Next step is to decide what to do about the TERRIBLE stock seat. I’m leaning towards WingSoft’s mod. Price for handlebar mod is very fair IMHO.

Highly recommend both products.

Just a tip when you are doing the install. Check your steering stem nut torque while your at it. Its under the cover you have to take off. 30mm socket and torque wrench. 76 foot pounds and they are always loose.

Why on earth didn't I install these last year? Just put these on, Easy Peasy, Thanks for the install videos. Hardest part was cutting the cover. What is that thing made of?? No rubbing, fits like they should. No more reaching for the bars. Nice straight upright sitting position. Thanks Rick for your fast service and great products.

Easy and worth the install

Were not bad to install at all. Took me about an hour. I basically used the videos for the full install. Allows me to lean back more comfortably against backrest without stretching out my arms. No long rides yet but sitting on it i can tell that not reaching out and being able to lean back is going to be more comfortable. I would recommend.

Full grip

Install was a breeze, followed the written and video instruction. Very pleased with the quality of the risers.I'm 5'8" and my arms are a bit short. I placed the handle bars in the tour position.I can sit all the way back and comfortably have a full grasp of the handle bars.I'm hoping that the height will also ease the pain between the shoulder blade's on long rides.
