Why Fake?

No, I do not own a set of these tips. Honestly, I would love to have these tips if the exhaust exited out the back. I am not a fan of fake, just for looks, so the fact the exhaust exits out the bottom and the tips are basically just for show I will pass. I am writing this review hoping Kuryakyn will design a set that functions the way they look and is not just to look pretty.

Tidy- Nice Rear End

These Polygon exhaust tips capture & enhance the look of my 2013 GL1800, Sure the sound / tone is a little deeper, more throatier, but it’s no worries .. ! I had to cut 50mm off my tail pipes to get the deflectors to line up with the holes, still too easy to install I highly recommend this product

Dissatisfied with sound

While these tips compliment the design of the rear end, they make the mufflers sound like they have a hole in them. I would like them if the exhaust exited the rear of the extensions.
