6 Hours of Rain.

Bought this jacket for the NW and it was worth it. I rode recently in a trip that ended in over 6 hours of rain drenched roads. Fortunately, i stayed warm and dry. My gloves were a different story (that has been corrected).

The neck gator zipped onto the collar is an awesome idea and kept my neck warm w/o using a scarf. Lots of pockets keep everything safe and dry as well. I am please with this purchase and look forward to more rain drenched rides... Well @ least i will be ready for them!

Keep the sunny side up!

Great Jacket

I ended up with this jacket 3yrs ago and it has held up very well..
waterproof pockets, lots of vents.
My only complaint is the liner. it is warm, but,
it isn't a full liner, and you have to zip it in if you want to use it, my previous jacket (different brand) I could use the liner in the jacket without having to zip it in,
If they made a liner that you could use as a separate light jacket when you get where you want to spend time, and not have to carry a 2nd jacket, and not have to zip it in or out.. but then again that might be too practical.
otherwise it's a great jacket

Excellent Jacket!

My wife bought this jacket for me as a Christmas present, and she nailed it! With the liner in I have ridden in 34 degree mornings as well as 80 degree afternoons (liner removed) and I was comfortable. Here in Northeast Florida, the weather can change its mind faster than a cat in a fish market. This jacket easily adapts to virtually any environment except very warm conditions. It's perfect for early spring/late fall conditions that might start out chilly, but warm up throughout the day. They even make it dummy proof with the liner; color coding the fastener loops to their corresponding snaps so you don't cross them up. The sizes run a little small, I usually wear a medium, but a large fits me perfectly. Somebody put a lot of thought into the design of this jacket. I highly recommend it!
