We are confident you will find a major improvement in suspension by replacing the stock fork springs with these Progressive Fork Springs for GL1800 Gold Wing. The best thing you could do for better handling on any GL1800 Goldwing or Goldwing F6B.

Too harsh for me.

I had these in for a few months and then took them out and went with RaceTech springs and emulators. They just made the ride too harsh and the front end sit up an additional half inch.

Better than advertised.

One of many upgrades. Follow the manual for a simple install. A big improvement over stock.

Very nice

This were a great improvement over the stock suspension. I also changed to the rear Progressive Shock Spring.

I have since installed the Progressive Monotube Cartridges and that is a considerable improvement over these.

smooooooooooooooth

Install was a cakewalk.
Ride?...........Smooth. Beats (not literally), the hell out of the stock springs.
A very much needed upgrade.
I highly recommend these springs.
Now going to save up for doing the rear.

Smoother Ride

I installed these Fork Springs and was concerned about if different problems would arise being that I did it myself. NO PROBLEM, I did take the time to do some extra things such as all ball bearing on the spindle and check brake pads. No war stories, these springs went in easily and did not have to make any other adjustment to the hydraulics. The smoothness of the ride over ruff sections of the road was better than with the stock springs. Worth the money and time to do the work.
