I just installed mine today. It's a perfect color match because its a Hondaline accessory. No complaints, Fits like a typical honda accessory. I do like the change in trunk profile, I've never seen another goldwing with this spoiler installed so it is a rare add on.
Installation instructions are a bit nebulous. I wasn't sure if the paper template went on the outside or inside of the lower trunk cover. Turns out you place them on the inside of the trunk cover. Also, when you go to mark the drill holes, you may find that they are already marked in the plastic. At least my 2008's trunk lower cover had them pre-marked. Fit is as good as you can make it, and the two sided tape needs to be peeled and stuck in two stages. I recommend drilling the holes, then peel the two sided tape on the long side (trunk rear) first and line it up and attach the screws. Then do one of the sides by pulling the it away from the trunk bottom and pulling the two sided tape cover off and sticking one side and attaching the final bolt. When you have that done do the other side the same way. It fits pretty well for Honda trim. It will do very nicely.
I had considered getting the Taiwan clone trim, but I got a better deal on the Hondaline trim. Watch for it on sale. You won't be disappointed. I'm happy I put this piece on and would do it again.
4 stars for the price. But quality and finish are first rate!
