Excellent customer service
There should some extra stars to be added to the 5 stars I am giving. After placing my first big order with WingStuff, I was a bit skeptical in what to expect, me being in Port Elizabeth, South Africa and with all the problems you normally expect from online ordering. All my goods that was ordered was promptly shipped to me with online tracking of each and every stop along the way. After receiving my goods, I noticed that they supplied the wrong type of headsets. I ordered 2 x full face sets and the open face sets was send by mistake. After sending an email, informing them of the mistake, I did not actually expect any communication as I am a small fish in their pond. However, withing 24 hours, I received an apology from them and also informing that my new correct headsets was forwarded to me at no extra cost. They also notify me that WingStuff will pay all the shipment, customs cost, etc. I will gladly recommend their products to anyone and can ensure them of the peace of mind when ordering online from them. Everything went extremely smooth, including the quality goods they supplied. Well done guys. You rock. My new Goldwing 1800 is proud to have all the bling bling I have ordered for her.
