Outstanding Add-On

I installed these on my black wing over a year ago. The installation was very easy. I wired them to the mounted clutch/brake top mounted add-on switches so I don't have them on during the daylight hours. Really dresses up the front end during darkness. Well worth the time and the money.

Great added appearance, but!

I added these about a year ago. No cracks, and looked great. Now on one side, the center LED does not work. Wiring? Burned out? No telling. Another $150.00 to replace?? Not sure what to make of it.

What a Sight

Like cuff links on a tux, these jewels really polish of a great look. lights up the front end of my bike without being to bright, and really makes a statement.

As noted by other reviewers YOU ARE ATTACHING METAL TO PLASTIC... DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.... A bit of lock tight or thread locker and gentle pressure is your ticket. 1 1/2 years on the wing and NO Cracks

Figured Out Why It Cracks!

I installed this a few weeks ago and I waited to see if any crack would develop. I'm posting this for my fellow riders, it's something I figured out..Ok it's not the holes that you drill that are causing the cracks. It's when you tighten the screws that attach the front fender to bike. I found out because the Fork Tower are metal and don't flex when you thighten the screw it pushing out ever so slightly thus causing the crack. I found this out when after a few days checking to see if any cracks had developed and I started seeing pressure creases in the plastic. So I backed the screws out a half turn.(After I took them out completely and put some temp lock tight on them, since they would not be all the way in to give it some extra grip) And so far the pressure creases have stopped and no cracks have developed because of it. Try this when your installing these and see if it works for you. Tighten it all the way down then back the screw out a half turn and it should help.
