Adjustable Gold Wing Driver Backrest

This takes about 10 min. to install and mabe 10 more min. of riding to relize you should have bought this sooner. I had one on my 1500 and it was the 1st thing I added to my 1800. I cant speek for others but mine stays put when i set it and sometimes I lean hard on it

I have no problem with this back rest it does the job for me. I had one on my 1500 and got another when I got my 1800.

Aint all that, never stays adjusted to where you put it, allways slides back,., the fault is in the "compresion bushings" they dont have any bite to them.
Tobad I cant send it back. Or they send me new bushings to try.

Honestly, my worst purchase ever for the wing. I replaced it after 1500 miles.

This thing has no redeeming value in my humble opinion. You bounce off it too much, the bare adjusters are directly under your passengers leg, the included passenger pouch is attached by 3 snaps and has not strap.

Removal for any reason caused it to be completely out of whack. Makes seat removal a bear. No thanks.

Buy a through the seat like Utopia. MUCH better and worth the marginal cost.

I haven’t experienced any of the problems listed in other reviews. It mounted easily and haven’t had to readjust it since I put it on. It fits my back and gives me good support.
