Only am going to get approx. 9000 miles on the factory Dulops. No vibration noticed, minimal cupping. Am going with Stones before I go on a 4000 mile road trip this June. Will report on them after I have put on some miles. 1 Star for now due to the fact I have not ridden on them yet!

Compared to the slippery Dunlops, these tires inspire confidance. They stick, they are quiet and so far, after one season of riding, they hold up well.

Just installed a set of these along with the centramatic balancers on my 06 wing. I only got about 15000 miles with the origional Dunlops wich were very worn out a cupped when I replaced them. I have been a Dunlop rider for years, but the Stones reviews were better, so I went with these. I did put the 70 on the back, and I am happy so far!! Will let you know how these last in comparison with the 250's.

Put both front and rear on to replace some dunlop elite 111's that had a pretty pad cuping problem. My mount and balance guy talked me into some dyna beads. I'll keep you posted on how the tires wear and if the dyna beads make a difference. Anyone else out there with experience with dyna beads?

Holy Cow! Couldn't agree more about the handling. But the I'm beginning to get the 30 mph shimmy back an I'm noticing a little cupping on the front. Just checked the odometer - 20307 miles on this set and just hitting the wear bars on the front. Rear is growling at me so I guess its time for another set of Bridgestones!

WOW! I put these on myself last weekend replacing the OEM Dunlops. What a difference. I'll update as it goes but already I'm seeing advantages. Low speed turning and control is better and it's a lot quieter on the road.

Love these tires. I'm on my second set (always replace front & rear together no matter what). I have never tried any other tire for my wing - but the 'stones hold their own in every type of weather and road condition. These tires offer a confident, quiet, grippy and inspiring ride. A definite 5 star product (for both G704 & G709) Note: Use them together with the centramatic balancers & you won't recognize your wing!! So smooth...

I had the 40 mph wheel hop when my Wing was new. It came with Dunlops. I put the E3's on at 13000 miles And while diminished the hop was still there and got progressively worse. Now I have the Bridgstones and my bike has never been this smooth. Wheel hop GONE! 2200 miles into them and no detectable change.

I just had my Bridgestones put on a couple of days ago and boy, what a difference from the Dunlops!! Smooth ride, grips extremely well in turns. So far i'm loving them.

Can't say I'm very pleased with these tires but part of this is my own fault as my front tire should have been returned. When I had these installed I thought that the shop had done a bad job of balancing it but as it turns out (and I found out 6 months later) the tire was out of round and nothing could be done to balance it so I lived with a low speed wobble that wasn't noticeable above 40 mph... But now at 11,000 miles they're ready to be replaced so I'm really wondering how many of you got the mileage you say.

I like these tires. I had always ridden on Dunlops on the old Wing and left them on the new Wing until the guys at WingStuff convinced me to try the "Stones". The first thing I noticed is that the sidewall is a lot more rigid than the Dunlops. Really woke me up on the first tight turn I made. Took a bit of getting used to, but it also seems to help me with slow speed stability. I've had them on the bike for almost a year now. They are quiet and comfortable and I'll be buying them again when they wear out.

If everything wobbles in the front - either have your front tire replaced (check for cuppings at the anti-dive side of the tire) or have your front fork serviced (replacing the worn bushings). If you feel a bumpy ride @ 60 and over mph - have your wheels balanced or replaced. I've ridden over 100k kms on the Goldwings and tried every brand (Except Avons), mixed tires as well. Bridgestones are so far the best choice between good mileage and good grip. These are also the best price/quality rate.

I've always used Bridgestones on both my wings (2003 & 2008). One of my front tires I got just over 21,000 miles before I had to replace. On a back tire I got 16,000 before replacing because it was flat down the middle and would ride uneven at higher speeds. The tread Never wore down. So I kept them. I'll never go with any other brand.

the Bridgestone front tire cured the low speed wobble and made the rig a lot different machine, a Dunlap will never see that front rim again, 350 miles so far and all good, if it makes 15k thats nice, rating may change after a few thousand miles, Jim, Green Bay, Wi

My first set of Bridgestone tires I almost 20,000 miles out of them. For some reason I went to the Shitco tire and got 7,000. I just installed another set of Bridgestone tires and my bike performs like a cadillac again. Never compromise on your tires. In fact the Bridgestone is the hight rated tire for the 1800. I will never install anythng else.

Don't know how you can get 40,000+ kms out of any tyre on a bike unless it's on a trailer, I've got 15,500 miles (24,800 Kms) out of my front bridgestone and a lot of that is toll roads. Best I've ever had, usually 3,500 miles out of a rear and roughly twice as much of a front. Does anyone out there get a wobble from the bars when you take your hands off at low speeds? I do and don't know whether it's a goldwing thing or just a tyre thing.
