This thing works great! Looks fantastic and was a piece of cake to put on. This is just what I needed.

I wondered about the pragmatic side of using this every ride, but it works fine. Install was not hard. Just pay attention when they say to put on several pieces of tape on the top to avoid scratching it from where you must screw in a bolt with a tight fit. They were not kidding.
I used just one layer of tape and should have used 2 or 3. Just a micro scratch and no big deal, but it is a great product and great look.

Easy install, the chrome was flawless. I kept pegs and didn't switch to floorboards. It does interfere with getting your foot on the kick stand. But more importantly to me, the shifter pegs are so high I really feel like I have to lift my foot up uncomfortably high to shift. Much higher than I did on my old VTX retro that had floor boards and a H/T shifter. I will leave it on for a while to see if I get used to it, but not sure I will be keeping it on though.

LOVE this product. It looks real good and great functionality. Install was simple. I would have given it a full five stars if it didn't interfere slightly with
lowering the sidestand.

I'm a new m/c trike rider. My Goldwing Trike has aqua sheilds which limits the space for my foot to shift. Shifting is smoother with the heel tow shifter.

I am only 5'7" and as a result, I have never been a fan of driver floor boards, however, I have always wanted a heel-toe shifter. This is a great compromise. It only took 15 minutes to install. The only draw back is the access to the lower left chrome panel. The shifter is very sturdy and looks great. Its a five star piece with a 3 star access.

Works great but the allen screw backs out. Its hard to get it tight the right size allen wrench must be a odd size.

I had the floorboards and heel/toe shifter on my 87 Aspencade and liked it a lot. However, my 08 Wing sits a bit lower and forces me to lift my foot higher to reach it. So, I took it off. Worked very well otherwise. For that it gets 5 stars.

I thought this was a little pricey, but it's a well-made piece. Works great. Easy install but, as Ruben said, you'll need to remove this to remove your side cover to check your coolant level..adds about 10 minutes to the job. I'd buy it again, but give it 4 stars cuz it's too expensive.

I purchased this shifter for a 2006 GL1800. It installed without any significant difficulty except for a strange little rubber plug that the instructions had you push in with an appropriate allen wrench. No matter what size I chose it would not seat and would come out with the wrench even the very small ones. The shifter looks nice and there are no cosmetic issues. IT PREVENTS REMOVAL OF THE LEFT ENGINE COVER. In order to remove the cover cleanly you have to remove the shifter.
