Wish I had seen this before I bought directly from J&M. I too was disappointed to about the limited functionality (turn down only), but solved it by buying two, one for each. Set the radio "master" vol high, then each can dial down to desired level.

Bought this volume control for my wife, At times she could not hear the music well. The one thing that J&M and Wingstuff left out is the fact that this little device will only turn the volume down. Will not turn the volume up past the volume setting on the bike. Waste of money for what I needed

This cord works great. My wife loves it. Got this cord so she could adjust her volume. Although we like the same music, we seldom agree on its volume. After 24 yrs of marriage, she thinks I'm losing my hearing but you guys know that sometimes I'm just not listening hee hee. But the cord is great.

Works great. Got the Big Bike GL1800 Passenger Volume Control w/CB Talk Button (BB13203) for the wife but I didn't like the "box" that had to be attached to the grab bar (it always got in her way) and she never uses the CB. Picked this little fella up, plugged it in and it works perfectly. The volume range is better than the Big Bike and everthing is right there for her.

Just ordered and received this new item, Excellent product, You can actually turn the volume right down to nothing or up quite loud, Really good for me as my husband has industrial deafness and likes the volume a lot higher than I can handle. Recommend for all long suffering wives.
