Use this handy audio ground loop isolator to remove alternator whine from the GL-1800 audio system, that is most often caused by an AUX music source that has also been connected to the GL’s electrical system power accessory circuit. (satellite radio receiver plugged into the aux input is but one example of this condition). J&M’s Isolator adapter cable simply plugs in series between the Honda aux input plug under the left fairing pocket and the Honda accessory aux input cable, included with all GL-1800s.
