Nice touch instead of a plain flat washer, used on inside and out for extra strength. Looks like may need to keep these jewels waxed and polished for longevity.

These are perfect to reinforce your trunk rack or other mountings where screw pressure and loading might cause the plastic to stress crack. Nice chrome finish and very strong due to the star design stamped into them. They are ever so slightly bowed for use on non-flat surfaces. I've used them on the road trip front fender extension mounting screws as well for extra protection.

Very nice indeed. Like the others I used them to mount the luggage rack to the truck lid. I used them both on the inside and the outside. My local hardware store had rubber fender washers that fit perfect. They not only distribute the load of the trunk rack, they look great.
