Kuryakyn Longhorn Offset Adjustable Highway Pegs

These are easy to install in just about any position on your crash bars. I am very tall so I mounted them pretty low. The only problem with that is on very low leaning turns is some scraping. Not enough of a problem to have me move them but they are getting a bit banged up after a ride down the Pacific Coast Highway twisties.

I bought these and ended up literally throwing them in the trash. The money you save is NOT worth it. The adjustments are pure friction, no pins or detents, and you haven't lived until one of them gives way at 80 mph in the HOV lane of a SoCal freeway. I found I could not torque the 1/2" x 13 bolt enough to keep the right side from slipping (the right side is where the weight of your foot tries to UNdo the bolt). I tried three different types of lock washer without success. I finally went out and bought the Kury Ergo II's instead, and they work fine.

Good finish on product. Heavy duty, sturdy pegs. Three swivel points to allow better adjust for rider fit.

Nice addition on my GL1800. Really helps on long rides. Very versatile in that you can swivel these 360 degrees to fit any size rider. Can also mount on lower arm of engine guard.

Nice for the price, mounting them on the vertical bar allows you to avoid reducing ground clearance. They are a bit hard to get adjusted to match each side and you need to really get the bolts tight otherwise they will loosen up. I carried the wrenches for awhile till I had them adjust for both comfort and clearance; I am a bit more aggressive Goldwing rider then most.
