I got over 17,000 miles on my E3's.Had them intalled @ Sunrise Honda in Searcy,Ar.( great store ) when on a trip there. Put in Dyna Beads and Nitrogen. Having to replace rear tire because of a nail. Only 9500 miles on it and it has more than half the tread left. I'll only put on E3's till someone can prove they have something better.

After reading about how this tire is hard to balance and it was causing vibrations etc etc, I was wondering if I should look elsewhere. Then I realized that the WingStuff site would not endorse such a product. Sure enough I bought the E3 Elite Dunlop for the front and had it professionally mounted and balanced by Jason at SMR in Santa Fe. Jason told me that the Dunlops are hard tires and they do require more weight to balance than other brands. My tire went on fine and after getting to highway speed I noticed a smoother ride than with the original tire. There is no vibration at all and the ride is better than it was with the old tire. I could understand if the reviewers changed the tire themselves and did not balance it or used a lower end balancing machine that would cause the bike to vibrate. It sure wasn't the case with mine. They did a great job with mounting and balancing, the tire got shipped at a great price and over all I am 100% pleased with the sales, service and quality of this tire. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep top quality products on their bike.

Bought a 2009 Airbag model on Craiglist with 2995 miles in April 2009. It now has 8,500 on the Dunlops. At the last oil change, the dealer said the tires are needing replacement. The fronts are cupped and the rear is bald in the middle. I will not replace with Dunlops!!!! I thinks I will try the "stones" Any comments?
