NEW Kuryakyn GL1800 Curved License Frame Run/Brake Light

Beware The wiring for this product does not fit all GL1800 models. I have a 2007 GL1800 in Australia Before you buy check the installation instruction from the Kuryakyn web site. There should be two blue connectors that the wiring harness supplied fits into.My bike only has one blue connector. Kuryakyn advise me that I have a European or Japanese bike and the wiring is different and thaey don't have a harness for this model. So I had to hard wire it into the bike. No easy task. Also the connections from the lights on the plate of the wiring harness was reversed on one of the connectors. As the lights are split, one side had the tail light on while the other side had the brake light on. Kuryakyn took no responsibility for this. Now that it is on and working it looks great.

great addition to the rear end lighting, though will not work as break light. Great item still.

Easy to install..and looks great.. Instruction were not clear (did not mention) on the grommet installation, so be sure to use them as you pass the wires through rear end. Also, Intensity is constant with Run and Break, so really this is just a running light feature. Auxiliary light which lights up plate is a nice feature. Overall looks great, just wish it had a better Break Feature, or even a turn feature.

Nice accessory. Easy install. The run light works but the brake light is not. I am sure it is something I did, but I am not sure what. Still, I would buy again.
