Now, I’m even more impressed. Frogg Toggs rain suits are made from an extremely lightweight material that is two layers of polypropylene sandwiching a third, center layer, of a microporous film. The pores in thefilm are 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, so water cannot penetrate, yet the material “breathes,” so you don’t sweat wearing it like you do inside those plastic “sauna suits” we’ve all endured in the past. Also, the seams are “welded,” rather than stitched, so you don’t have the problem of leakage through needle holes. Unfortunately, a lot of riders pass by this amazing suit after they see it or feel it, obviously thinking that something so light and flimsy-feeling couldn’t possibly stand up to motorcycle touring duty. I got caught in 4 hours of rain coming through Virginia this summer and stayed cool and dry. Amazingly lightweight yet effective.

Excellent quality, light weight, and works well! Comes with storage bag made out of the same lightweight material with a draw string to close.
These are one of those things that you hope you don't have to use, but are very handy when needed. They also double as an additional wind break in cold weather. |

As of yet We have not needed them we just keep on going, sayes a lot for my Gold wing and the red deflectores, keeps us dry.

Easy to pack and leave on the bike. Its weird not sweating under them. I got a large. The top fits good but I could fit two of me in the bottoms. I would like to find some boot covers like these.

Frogg Toggs are the only rainsuit to have for all Goldwingers. They are lightweight, repel the rain very well and also are good windbreakers. Yes...you may have a problem with leakage in downpours but that is true for any raingear. Buy these and be satisfied !!
