I have about 8k miles on E3s that replaced the OEM tires on my 1800. I'm getting good wear out of them and I think they handle better than the OEM tires. They howl in the corners, but it doesn't bother me. I've been running them at 38-41 psi.

I got over 20,000 out of my first set of e-3s loved them (Jim)

Installed new set of elite 3's this summer. Had 22000 on front and 19000 on rear. Front tire was cupped ,i hope,by fork flex. Put on a Superbrace and i am sure that will take care of any more adverse tire wear. Would highly rec. these tires as this is my second set.

I ride a 95 SE at this time has 142,000 miles on it, I'm installing my third set of Elite 3 tires. It's a great tire would not use any other.

i put dunlop e-3 tires no my '84 1200 and never heard howling from the tires. i jus got a '93 1500 that had e-3 tires on it an these tires do howl. but the traction is great.
