One of the best things we have purchased. No more laying on the ground to check the rear air pressure! At the touch of your finger, the app shows the air pressure. 2 days after adding these we ran over a nail and the alarm sounded to let us know the pressure was below the limit that I set. Headed home and fixed the issue. Without them we probably would have ended up broke down somewhere.

Chrome Metal Valve Covers for GL1800
ITEM CODE: KU3901,   SKU: KU3901

I put these on our 2005 Goldwing when new 14 years ago and they are just now starting to bubble some chrome. It is garage kept when not ridding but it does have 120,000 miles now. So they have been in some weather. If they are made like they were in 2005, they should be good. Will be replacing soon so we will know soon enough. After reading a few of the reviews, I am a little concerned.

I can't help myself but to make a comment here. No offense to anyone and please don't take me wrong. It simple bothers me to see and hear someone talking like an expert when they don’t have a clue. I am not trying to tell anyone to run an automotive tire if you don't want to. But I will say that if you ever even try an automotive tire on your wing, most likely, like me, you would never go back. Handling is far superior but the smoothness of the ride is what got my wife and myself hooked. Wow! What a difference. Handling?? We bust through Deals gap "Tail of the Dragon" like a bullet. I am an extremely aggressive rider but not in a dangerous way. I just don't let grass grow under my feet! I feel just as confident if not better with the Kuhmo. Yes Darrell, you are correct on the size. I run the KUMHO 195/55/16 ECSTA SPT. I too am a GWRRA member, an insurance agency owner and agent, family man, etc etc. I wouldn’t put myself or my wife in harm’s way. My wife and I have put over 175,000 miles on our Goldwings. This puts me in a group that knows a little more about it than just simple theory saying it’s a bad idea. The bead fits perfectly and you will never ever ever be on the sidewall. I have total confidence that I made the right decision for myself. Here's the man that finally gave me the courage to try it. Glad I listened! https://lifeisaroad.com/stories/2004/10/27/theDarkSide.html

Centramatic Stainless Wheel Balancers for GL1800
ITEM CODE: CTMGW100-102,   SKU: CTMGW100-102

Update, 3rd entry, can't help myself. These are without any doubt the best item you can add to your Wing. I just replaced the rear tire that had just over 16,000 miles. Could have went more but was headed out for a long trip so I changed it a little early. The front tire is still looking good! The ride has been smooth as a babies butt the entire time. Smooth alone is worth the price but the mileage is beyond anything I have ever encountered. Before Centramatics, maybe 12,000 miles if I was lucky. With Dunflops, maybe 8,000 miles. Thanks again to Rick and Don at Wingstuff and Goeff at Centramatics! Great combination. They are the best.

Bridgestone Tires for GL1800 & F6B

2nd entry...
Now with over 10,000 miles and many miles left to go, I am even more impressed. These are my 8th set of tires on my 05. By far the best tires I've ever had. Whether it is one of our local curves or hammering through the Tail of the Dragon, I am amazed how smooth and how they grip and handle. The Bridgestones radials and the Centramtics are a great combination. Thanks again Rick for another great recommendation!

Centramatic Stainless Wheel Balancers for GL1800

2nd entry.
The Centramatics are still amazing. Now with over 10,000 miles since they were installed at WingDing in July. The tires still look very good and the Wing is still smooth as silk. First time ever with no wobble and shimmy. I am extremely impressed. My co-pilot (wife) says something about how smooth the ride is almost everytime we are riding. I now realize the ROI will be even quicker than I expected. A big thanks to super Rick and to Geoff at Centramatic.

Bridgestone Tires for GL1800 & F6B
ITEM CODE: PG02700

We have run nothing but Metzeler ME880 since making the mistake of running a couple sets of Dunlops. I thought I would try radials this time. I had the Bridgestone radials installed a couple weeks ago at WingDing. So far after 2,000 miles, I am beyond impressed. They grip the road like glue and the ride and handling is absolutely amazing.

Centramatic Stainless Wheel Balancers for GL1800

We purchased the Centramatic on-board wheel balancers and had them installed at WingDing in Des Moines by Centramatic. I had no idea you could make the smoothest motorcycle on the road even smoother. I wished I could find the words to explain how amazing the bike rides. This is by far the best option I have ever installed on my 1800 and I have alot of stuff... of course purchased from WingStuff.com. Thanks Rick for another wonderful recommendation.
This is at the top of the "must have" list.

ITEM: ME2158100

With over 70,000 miles on our Wing now and trying all 3 of the so called name brands, I still like and prefer the Metzeler ME 880 over any of them. I get more miles, less wobble and superior handling and control compared the Dunlops.

Vertical Receiver Style Trailer Hitch for GL1800 1st Gen
ITEM CODE: AO451806,   SKU: AO451806

I bought and installed this hitch 4 years ago. I felt I should revisit my earlier 5 star review. The hitch had worked perfectly until this spring. We were on our way to Deals Gap, NC to ride the Dragon again when I noticed slop and heard some noise in the hitch area. Inspection found the unit broken completely in all joints except one. We were one piece of metal away from losing it all... and it was cracked! I thank God that we were near our super friends at the #1 Tri-County Cycle in Corbin, KY. They rewelded and added some bracing to the unit. It appears to be better than new. Close to another 8,000 miles and so far so good. In defense of the hitch, we ride a lot of miles and generally the trailer is loaded pretty heavy. Plus, we all know there are some really rough roads out there. Will we buy another one next year on our next Wing? Not sure, probably will look for a heavier unit if there is one. If not, we might add the bracing to the new one before installing it.
