Attaches by a number of velcro loop attachments and 2 big-ass velcro straps on the bottom of the bag. Waterproof cover can be taken out of it's pocket and cover the bag to protect your gear against the elements. It amazes me that a bag of this quality can be made and marketed for the price WingStuff is selling it for..... |
