This is without a doubt the lightest and strongest trailer hitch out there for the GL1800. Good directions and photos. I installed it myself on my 06 in a couple hours. Medium mechanical ability is needed. Would follow the recomendation from the directions to unplug and re-route the wires under the seat over the frame near the top mounting/frame points for the hitch arms. Makes it much easier to place and bolt the top mounts and you don't have to worry about the hitch arms pinching or rubbing wires. Totally hidden when tow ball and bar is removed. First rate!
