Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers for GL1800
ITEM CODE: PRRBBB,   SKU: PRRBBB

05.07.2011
These do tighten up the fit of the trunk lid reducing the chafing. However, they make the trunk lid very difficult to close, and the two bumpers closest to the hinge side have bent over. These were a reasonable attempt to fix the problem, but they break down and cause other problems after awhile.

I suspect this will be a short-lived cover. It's very light weight and it has no protection from the antenna. I'm going to try some awning repair tape to keep the antenna from poking through. The cover fits snugly.

Factory OEM LED Lighted Trunk Spoiler for GL1800 1st Gen
ITEM CODE: PG00029

04.26.2007
This is another bit of necessary lighting that should be standard equipment. Installation is straight-forward, although the template is off a little. The color is a little darker than the bike, but the bike is two years old. The biggest problem I had was converting the metric hole sizes to my US drill bits.

Trunk Light Reconfiguration Harness for GL1800
ITEM CODE: EC02112,   SKU: EC02112

This kit is well done; everything you need is included. Installation is not difficult. I think it's a worthwhile addition, but I was disappointed in the brightness of the lights. They're small light bulbs, not standard tail/turn bulbs. Maybe converting them to LEDs would help.
