The Best Tires for the GL1800
| I have tried every tire made for the GL1800, and for all-around quality the Bridgestones can't be beat. Metzelers come close, but they are noisy compared to Bridgestones, and they cost a lot more. Bridgestone tires are smoother-riding, and they last about as long as the pricier tires. I usually get about 10,000 miles on the rear, and 13 to 15,000 miles on the front. The best 'bang-for the buck' is from Bridgestone Exedras. |

Honda LED Foglights
| These lights have the advantage of mounting to the stock Honda mounts, and being adjustable, but the light output is lousy compared to most aftermarket lights. The BikeMp3 brand lights are not adjustable, but put out twice the bright, white light, and the beams reach a lot further down the road for half the money. |

| These work, but if you want them to work right you have to cut 1/8" off the top of them. They are just too tall. If you cut them to 3/8" tall, they work as they should. After cutting- 1. The gap is maintained around the trunk lid. 2. No more rattles and paint damage. 3. The trunk opens and closes properly. (Even with the remote.) Cut them. You'll be pleased. |

| 4 stars because the instructions suck. The product is tops! These shims move the bars up 1 1/2" at the grips, and relieves the strain that causes the pain between my shoulders, and my upper back. It is now easier to keep my posture correct when doing tight low-speed maneuvers, making them easier and more accurate. Good product at a good price! |
