Short 4.5 or 6 inch Arms for Ergo Pegs
ITEM CODE: PG03443

03.09.2011
Good quality, easy install but still find the short arms too long placed in any position for my leg length (36" inseam). I like to stretch out on a long ride. Went from the 6" to the 4.5" on my highway boards. Will be ordering the mini arms. Wish I would have seen these before ordering the 4.5"ers. It all comes down to personal style of riding.

ITEM: PG00202

Install was easy and they look good. I too have that gap below my mirrors. Snow still on the ground here so have not been able to try them out but curios to those that have used them...do they raise with the wind to close the gap below the mirrors??
My trim fit back on without having to notch them. I did find that if the deflector mounts do not sit perpendicular to the fairing the trim will not fit properly.
I went with the smoke colour deflectors on my Dark Metallic Red Wing.
4 stars due to the gap.

Motorcycle Tire Ceramic Balancing Beads
ITEM CODE: PG27738

09.02.2010
I'm not sold on this concept yet. Higher speeds they seem to work well but low speeds my bars wobble more than usual. It maybe due to soap/lubricant inside the tire from the tire install holding up the beads...not sure.
No issue getting the beads in. Cut a very small piece off the applicator tip and don't allow the tube to fill. If it does, stop pouring, keep tapping the tube until the beads empty into the tire then start again. I laid my bike on it's side to do this task. Remember to place carpet or some kind of protection under the shiny parts.

Same review as Tom. Have used another type of extension in the past but could not fine one with a right angle plug. Well worth the investment

ROKKER Fairing Speakers Upgrade
ITEM CODE: JMFSPU-GL06-XT,   SKU: JMFSPU-GL06-XT

All I can say is WOW, what a difference in sound. I have an '07 and they fit perfectly. Don't have to increase volume as much on the highway to enjoy the music. The low and midrange sound is much better. I did soundproof the speaker cabinet to get more drive upfront, kinda took away that empty space sound. Found that soundproofing the OEM rear speaker cabinets also gave alot better sound.

Comfort Grip Covers
ITEM CODE: TR179222,   SKU: TR179222

Very Nice. Put a dab of dishwash soap on my finger and rubbed it on the stock grip. Took a little work to get the foamies in place but love them. Had the Kuryakyn grips but found them too large. These are perfect and allows the heated grips to work fine. Was worried about wet weather riding with the foam grips but they did not hinder the ride.

Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers for GL1800
ITEM CODE: PRRBBB,   SKU: PRRBBB

03.27.2010
Just installed these and wish I would have when the bike was new. The trunk lid fits much better and using the pull technique as mentioned in the instructions I have no issue closing the trunk. The template is bang on and install was easy. I cut the template along all the lines not just the dotted one, ironed it flat. As mentioned earlier use a smaller bit first for a pilot hole (there is no room for error). When pulling the bumper tip through twist back and forth on the bumper body and it will pop in place, remember to use a compatible lubricant, dish soap works great. I'm hoping mine won't lean/deform by using the pull technique but time will only tell.

Chrome Trunk Handle w/Gold Wing Logo
ITEM CODE: HO08U94MCA100,   SKU: HO08U94MCA100

03.18.2010
Update on my last review:
The trunk handle does fit properly when the instructions are followed correctly. I stated I finished the holes off with a #1 bit, this was not large enough and allowed the handle to sit away from the trunk. I redrilled the holes with an 11/32" bit and now the handle fits perfect. (11/32" was as close to what I had for the 8mm bit required)

Chrome Trunk Handle w/Gold Wing Logo
ITEM CODE: HO08U94MCA100,   SKU: HO08U94MCA100

It does finish off the bare spot on the trunk lid and looks nice from a distance but doesn't feel solid enough for me to us as a lift. I still use the trunk rack to lift the trunk lid. Does not fit tightly to the trunk. Use the template, it fit's great. Lift the lid when drilling rather than the wood blocks. I used a #5 bit then a #1.
